Founder of Brain Blocks
Brain Blocks was developed by Stephan van de Ven, MSc, psychomotor therapist and applied psychologist with years of experience in care. From his work with children and adolescents, Stephan saw the need for a tool that makes complex emotions and thoughts understandable in a simple, visual way.
This is how Brain Blocks was created – a method that helps clients gain grip on themselves and their environment, in their own way and at their own pace.
💬 “The soul of Brain Blocks lies in the human aspect of the method. It is about discovering together, in which vulnerability can be transformed into strength.” – Stephan van de Ven
Brain Blocks is more than a treatment method. It is a process of co-creation: clients and professionals explore the inner world of the client together. This makes vulnerabilities visible and manageable, builds self-confidence and provides direction in development.
